Sound-Bowl Healing for Adults

Sound-Bowl Healing for Adults

Vibrational Harmony: Unleash Inner Peace with Sound Bowl Therapy

Take a deep breath, exhale, and allow yourself to be relaxed and transported with a healing sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chanting, songs, and percussion. This experience will include a brief introduction to sound healing, guided meditation, and a short integration discussion afterward.

Studies of sound healing have shown that it activates the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body and brain to relax and engage in restorative processes. This lowers cortisol levels and can help in easing chronic pain, processing information more effectively, and integrating difficult experiences. (citation)

This is an in-person workshop.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Yoga mat

  • blanket

  • pillow, or other items necessary to be comfortable while sitting/lying down for an extended period of time

  • Water︎

  • Paper and pen for notes︎

  • Any small items of comfort, security, or personal connection
