Putting the Fun in Executive Functioning: A Group for Adults

Discuss what executive functioning is, how it effects our day to day life, and learn fun tools to help improve or compensate for our executive functioning level.

This virtual workshop covers essential topics and helpful tools within a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere. With an emphasis on self-awareness and mindfulness, participants will support the skills needed to harness their strengths and overcome their challenges.

This is a virtual group for adults that meets weekly from 12:30-1:20pm starting Monday July 10 through Monday July 31.
