Social Skills Group for Pre-Teens

Therapeutic Social Groups are an opportunity for pre-teens to receive an intensive therapy experience in a small group setting.

This program is designed to help children become more successful in meeting the social demands and expectations of everyday life. The group focuses on the development of social-cognitive skills (such as conversation, perspective-taking, and peer negotiation) through playful engagement in success-oriented activities that offer natural opportunities for engagement to establish a positive self-concept and build supportive friendships.

This is an in-person group for pre-teens that meets weekly from 5-6pm starting Tuesday August 1 through Tuesday September 5.
