Karyn Louritt
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate
Karyn graduated with a BS in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from the University of West Alabama. She graduated with an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University New Orleans.
Karyn has worked with kids in many professional roles: nanny, teacher, school administrator and therapist. Karyn loves play therapy and seeing the world from a child's view. Karyn supports schools with training, consultations, observations and feedback. She also offers child-parent relationship therapy and play therapy. Karyn is happy to provide at-school or in-home services in addition to having office availability.
Adults describe Karyn as calm and grounded; kids say she is a lot of fun. A few of Karyn's favorite things are good coffee, time in nature and giraffes.
