Asaf is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience working in the mental health profession. Asaf graduated with a Masters in Social Work from Appalachian State University in 2021 and has extensive experience supporting families, couples, and individuals from all walks of life through compassionate, trauma-informed therapeutic techniques.

He is passionate about mindfulness-based therapy and employs a holistic approach with clients to foster emotional well-being and healing. Asaf’s work with couples is focused on building and maintaining nurturing relationships, helping partners navigate challenges, and fortifying the bonds that unite them.

Asaf’s collaborative therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual, couple, or family’s need and aims to guide them towards self-awareness, emotional resilience, and transformative growth.

Asaf lives in Durham, North Carolina with his wife and son and enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling, discovering new music, and supporting his favorite soccer team, Arsenal.
