Meet Dhruti Dholakia
Consultant for Educators & School Systems
LCMHC | Registered Play Therapist | Yoga Teacher 500hr
My life’s work and passion is working with children.
I have known this since the first grade. My own path has taken me from tutoring underprivileged children in Mumbai, India, to creating a preschool in Switzerland, to serving schools and communities as an Early Intervention Specialist in local county schools, to working as an elementary school counselor, and to this private practice focused on the therapeutic power of play.
My consulting and working work strives to support caregivers, whether they be parents, early educators, school systems or anyone who has regular contact with children.
I seek to foster a sense of compassion and empowerment for both the child and caregiver so they can meet each other where they are. I may not have all the answers but I hope to provide you with strategies, tools and new ways to look at the little ones in your life.
You won’t find any lectures here.
Everything we work together on is motivated by a sense of community and partnership.
I can’t wait to work with you.
